How we handle your data
Who we are
Eutactica is developing the Cormorant N6 embedded vision module. We are not yet an incorporated company — registration in Bulgaria is in progress. Until that is complete, the people behind Eutactica are responsible for the personal data described here. We will replace this notice with one naming the registered company as soon as incorporation is finalised.
For anything concerning your data, contact kalin@eutactica.com.
What we collect
Only what you type into the contact form: your name, your company, your email address, your phone number if you choose to give it, what your enquiry is about, and your message. We also record the time it arrived.
Nothing else. This website sets no cookies, loads no tracking scripts, and does not follow you around the internet. We see anonymous visitor counts, which are described under Website records below.
Why, and on what basis
To read your enquiry and reply to it. That is the only purpose.
Our legal basis is legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR): if you write to us about our product, a reply is what you expect.
Who sees it
Your message is emailed to Kalin Stoyanov at Eutactica. No one else receives it automatically — not a CRM, a partner, or a distributor.
Three providers handle it for us:
- Bunny (BunnyWay d.o.o., Slovenia) — hosts this website and delivers it to your browser.
- Scaleway (Scaleway SAS, France) — delivers your message to us by email.
- Proton (Switzerland) — provides the mailbox it arrives in.
Where it goes
Your message is processed on a server in Frankfurt, Germany.
Bunny is a Slovenian company with servers around the world. If you write to us from outside Europe, your message passes through the server nearest to you on its way to Frankfurt.
Proton is based in Switzerland, which the European Commission recognises as offering adequate protection for personal data.
The anti-spam check
To keep automated spam out, the form asks your browser to solve a small puzzle before it will send. This happens on its own and usually takes a moment. It is cheap for you and expensive for a spam program.
The check runs on our own server. No other company is involved, nothing about you is sent anywhere else, no cookie is set, and you are not followed across websites.
We also use your IP address briefly, at the moment you send the form, to limit how many messages can be sent in quick succession. We do not store it.
Website records
The server that runs this website keeps no record of your visit — it stores no logs at all.
The network that delivers the site keeps a short-lived record of requests, which we use only to see roughly how many people visit. Your IP address is shortened before it is stored, so it does not identify you, and the record is deleted after three days.
How long we keep it
24 months from the date of your message, after which we delete it.
Your rights
You can ask us to give you a copy of what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or send it to you in a portable format.
Because we rely on legitimate interest, you can object at any time, and we will stop unless we have compelling grounds not to.
Write to kalin@eutactica.com. We will respond within one month.
If you believe we have mishandled your data, you may complain to the data protection authority in your country.
Automated decisions
There are none. We make no automated decisions about you and do not profile you.
